Shipping + Other FAQs
Custom Orders are available year round, however it's best to check out Facebook Page or VIP group for updates. December is a busy time and custom order spots will be limited. Please send a message via our Facebook Page (facebook.com/flutterbyarainbow) for the quickest response. If you are not on Facebook, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Looking for a set of snack bags in a specific print? I'll do my best to find that for you!
Do you need special sizes for snack bags, or perhaps zipper pouches with a cotton or poly lining? I can do that, too. Send me a message and we'll discuss it <3
Turn Around Time:
Turn Around Time is generally up to 5 business days, but this can be longer during busier months. Send me a message and I will let you know approximately how long it will take to complete an order. I do my best to stay within the TAT that I have provided, but if an order is taking longer than expected to complete, I will send you an update with a revised expected date of completion.
Shipping: Local pickup is available for no additional charge in Sudbury, Ontario.
Lettermail is available at flat rates depending on the weight and size of the order. If the order is too bulky to fit via oversized lettermail (under 2cm thick) then it will have to go as a tracked parcel. There is no tracking or insurance for lettermail shipping and Flutter by a Rainbow is not responsible for lost orders mailed with this method.
Please note that lettermail shipping may not be possible even if the weight of the order is under 500g due to the size of the package. If this occurs, you will be invoiced for the upgrade to tracked shipping. Flat Rates for Lettermail are as follows:
Up to 100g $3
Tracked and insured parcel shipping is available at two flat rates depending on location. Please select the appropriate shipping option based on where the package is being sent and whether or not your mailing address is a PO Box. Your items will be shipped via Purolator or Canada Post.
I know that tracked shipping is expensive, and it's so hard to compete with larger corporations and one day shipping options. I appreciate you spending your hard earned dollars in my shop <3 If I could control the shipping costs I most certainly would!
Shipping to my lovely American customers is calculated automatically at checkout. It is based on weight and distance. PLEASE NOTE that Reusable Cloth Pads are NOT available to US customers due to federal regulations beyond my control.
As a small, handmade business, I cannot offer refunds. I put a great deal of effort and time (love too!) into every item I make. If something is not to your liking or expectations, please do reach out so we can discuss it. I want you to love every purchase Please be sure to read each listing carefully and in its entirety so that there are no unwanted surprises. If a listing asks you to leave a note at checkout definitely leave a note!
